You publish web-ready assets (HTML, images, CSS/JS, PDFs, fonts) to a
target path. What you publish is served publicly at your tenant's
content host.
Tenant
The Publishing to selector is the space you're writing
to. You only see tenants your account is entitled to; you can't touch
another team's content.
Two ways to publish
- Publish a folder — the folder's contents
replace everything under the target path. Files that aren't
in your folder are removed. Use this to publish a complete site/course.
- Upload files — the files you pick are added or
overwritten; nothing else under the path is touched. Use this to fix
or add a few files.
Target path
Where it lands, e.g. training/2026-q1. In folder mode the
selected folder's contents populate this path (the folder's own
name isn't included).
Before it happens
Preview changes shows exactly what will be uploaded and
(folder mode) deleted before anything runs, and you confirm the counts.
Safety
- Deletes are recoverable — the store keeps prior
versions.
- Disallowed file types are blocked, and system junk (
.DS_Store,
etc.) is ignored automatically.
